 Due to the hygienic nature of our products, the following policy applies:

Beauty Services

All services (wig installation, customization, braiding, manicure, etc.) are non-refundable once completed.

If you are not satisfied, please inform us during your appointment so adjustments can be made.

Cancellations

Appointments must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance.
Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred once for another appointment.

Orders cannot be cancelled once processing or shipping has started.
